Take a breath!

That is correct. Breathing can be an excellent way to allow the energy moving in a higher vibrational way. Swing your arms, and complement this exercise by moving your legs in a cross-wise pattern. This exercise really gets your energy flowing.

Doing something as simple as intentionally taking a breath has many health benefits. Most of the time we do not realize how staring at a computer every day has us falling into unhealthy breathing patterns.

When practicing deep breathing, I recommend that you breath through your nose. You'll get the oxygen into the far reaches of your lungs when you breathe deeply from the nose. Manifesting Law of Attraction Relationships becomes easier with the assistance of a Life Coach.

Breathing deeply has been clinically proven to lower stress levels. The exercise also allows increased circulation to the brain and lungs. Stressed breathing patterns are shallow breaths. Deep breathing releases endorphins into the system, our bodies' natural pain and stress relievers. When you allow air into parts of the body that are out of alignment or in pain, you'll bring soothing and release. Breathing exercises also relax all of your muscles. Some studies have revealed that breathing exercises can also benefit people with asthma. This is partly due to the fact that deep breathing can strengthen weakened abdominal and intestinal muscles, and who doesn't want that? Take breathes that are extended and paced slowly. Breathe in through your nose, nice and slow. Now, exhale just as slowly. As you do this relax your stomach muscles. Relax and continue for several minutes.

Slow, deliberate, deep breathing is also a great tool to assist you in being in the moment. It also helps you to ground off excess anxious energy. While you are practicing your breathing, you can do a body scan looking for any tense spots in the body. Your breath will lead you there. When you find that tension spot, breathe into it, project release and allow the tension to subside.
